The American Health Crisis: What We Put In Our Bodies

Every morning, we wake up hungry, around noon, our bodies tell us that it is time for lunch, and around 6 PM, we finish the day off with dinner. Usually for all these meals, we go for whatever looks good or whatever is convenient. Though these things will fill you up and give your stomach the satisfaction it is looking for, there are a lot of long term effects of continuously eating these easy access foods.

An example of this is cereal, in the morning, a favorite food across the country is cereal, numerous flavors to choose from across the aisles at the store which you can whip up in minutes. Within these name brand cereals, you can find harmful ingredients such as seed oils, food dyes, other additives which are very harmful for your body on a biological level. Things which these things can disrupt include sleep, growth, mood, and brain function, not to mention it increases the risks for numerous deadly diseases and conditions.

My main reason for writing this blog is the changes which can be Mae and how beneficial they are. As someone who has struggled with various teenage struggles such as acne and lack of energy and motivation, I have done extensive research into ways to prevent this. And the most prevalent and effective thing which helped me with both of these issues was the things which I was putting in my body. As it is commonly known, the body is like a machine, there are many parts which require different things to function the way It is meant to, and when we put junk into our system like candy, artificial flavors and colors, and other things which most popular foods in America contain, it can disrupt the entire system, causing it to function the wrong way. In my experience, Incorporating Whole Foods into my diet was what worked, things such as essential fats, which come from foods such as avocados, olive oil, and almonds; Or, meats and poultry such as Red meats, free-range eggs, salmon, and chicken. there is a common misconception that some of these Whole Foods are not necessarily good for you, as they contain saturated fats, are high in calories, or have a lot of cholesterol, which is most definitely true, but these are things which are essential for the boy in order for them to function properly.
